i was going to wait and post at the end of the week, but he's just impatient i guess.
the track workout felt amazing, it's getting fun, even! i ate well also, so that helped.
times:
200's: 32, 33
300's: 51, 55, 55
400's: 87, 87, 85, 80
300's: 56, 61, 55
200's: 31, 32
i really don't get what happened on the last 400-- weirdly, it was the only one that felt sloppy out of the whole set.
