Hello all. I was a little slow last week. I had a shitton of work, and a bad cold, so I never got in the track workout. I did get in two workouts though. I may try to make up the track workout by running on Thursday this week. The weekend practices are a lot of fun, especially when the weather's been as nice as it has been.

Don't overdo it with a whole 'nother track workout on Thursday. That'd be a lot of work.
I'm not sure what'd be the best way to make it up, doing extra plyos on Wednesday might suffice. Let the cell know if you can't make it up and we'll pick up for you.
