alright.. this was probably one of the busiest weeks of my life, but i did get in one lift (pretty standard), one yoga (!), one agilities (so fun... i'm sad i missed the rest of them), one ski lesson (!!), one brief game of boot, and lots and lots of miscellaneous running (my 45 jog/stair climb every morning while delivering papers, sprinting back (and forth!) to the river and between things that i'm late for, etc.)
