Blah
Sick again. This time pretty bad. I have a cough that alternates between getting stuff out of my lungs and being more like asthma, where i can't take deep breaths or i go into a fit. And I've been blowing my nose so much that I've had a perpetual minor nose bleed for the past 24 hours. So forgive me if my workouts look a little sparse.
Moday: Agilities
Wednesday: Seigs's jumping thing, 1hr tossing at leverone
Thursday: 1.5hr zone scrimmage at leverone
Saturday: Practice
You'll notice the lack of a sprint workout or any lifting. I might have lifted Monday, I can't remember. There's no way the sprints would have done me any good. Probably shouldn't have played at practice, but our numbers have been too low so we can't spare anyone, otherwise we're down to 5v5. I wish attendance were better, we theoretically have 20 people who should be at every practice. I'm done.
