Since last time...

Not too much unfortunately. Haven't lifted since Vegas. I did the stationary bike with Kristen on Thursday followed by some core body work, and Friday was the women's track workout. I felt pretty good, probably because they're shorter sprints (200s, 100s, 50s). Not sore at all from Vegas, but my butt was sore from that stupid bike! Then we had our early morning practice Sunday, which I think went well, and agilities today. Oh butt bounces... man, it seems like we do so much quad work, I really hope it shows in my mark! That's all.
