Weds: sports massage. mm.
Thurs: lift
Fri: Plyos
Sat: Turf
Sun: Off
Today: lift, yoga.
Lifted with Socks and the Carr today. Yoga was solid, my legs have been tight for several days (I've been horrible about stretching them) and I definitely got some good stretching in tonight, hoo boy.
On a related note, I rock the headstand. Don't mess.
