RAAAAAAGE!!!!

see how today's track workout goes, indeed. had a good crowd of no-pantsers this morning - socks, mackey, billy, and m-self amongst it. we were ripping pretty hard - socks fainted...err..."passed out" (it sounds less like something Timmer would call 'vaginal') after our last 200.

My splits were:
400's: 71-71-75-74
300's: 55-54-52
200's: 30-30

Guys were definitely pushing it. Whole body feels like oatmeal...mmm...oatmeal...

Ankle survived, though right now it's telling me bad things. Sigh.

Think I'm gonna look into seeing the trainer in the next couple days.

Also, the Carr showed up at noon to do his own track workout today.
