It's been one week
Mon: lift
Tues: elliptical track make-up (interrupted midway...stupid time limits)
Weds: recovery
Thurs: leede tossing, got lazy and didn't lift
Fri: stairs! delicious.
Sat: busted ass, limbs, and my body in general at Williams
Sun: ached. hurt. did little.
Mon: ache. hurt. got in a lift (alternative day 1) with Socks and Billy.
Today: elliptical track make-up (this time I managed my time better and didn't get kicked off). See also: ache. hurt.
Yeah. I laid out a lot at Williams, and have been feeling its effects. Also have some nice red spots on my palms from where I saved my face from certain destruction on pavement when I was falling for a disc out-of-bounds and off the turf.
Hope you A-level guys won't mind picking up for my missed lift this week; I went out planning to lift but forgot my sneakers and was too lazy to go back to 17 for them last week.
The alternate workout was an interesting exercise. There's definitely some good stuff in there, Though I think that there should maybe be an extra set or two for the leg exercises. Ab throwdowns destroyed my core though; really liked those.
