So this week is my week to get back in the swing of things after a rather long period of not doing the official ultimate workout stuff. Not that I was sitting on my ass or anything, but still. I did the track workout yesterday, ran upper 30's on the 200's, upper 50's on the 300's, and 17s on the 100s except for the last one where I hauled and ran a 14. Hopefully the times will go down a bit next week. I did the workout solo too, so I think I had a hard time pacing myself. Pretty soon I'll be off to do day 3 before playing for the Pain Train IM basketball team in the playoffs.
Lets see, next week i'm going to have a lot more free time than usual, which means a ton of free time, so hopefully I'll be able to make up most of the workouts I missed before spring break.
That's pretty much it. I went skiing today, that was cool. Played one of the laziest games of boot ever last night. I went 4 corners on Saturday where I got to spent 4 hours driving in a raging blizzard not with my girlfriend, who had to drive her car too since none of you chumps have one. 4 corners was pretty fun, low lights include single handedly losing our first game for my team and in what was more anger than exhaustion, taking an injury in the last game after laying out, hitting the net, almost hitting the wall, and knocking down the cone giving the other team a point. Highlights include getting to play with Tyke and spreading my receptacle reputation.
Right, maybe I should do something constructive now. Ha, sure, and maybe I'll go take a class while I'm at it... pfft.
